Title: Confinement of monopole using flux string

Abstract: We study the confinement of fermionic magnetic monopoles by a thin flux tube of the Abelian Higgs model. Parity demands that the monopole currents be axial. This implies that the model is consistent only if there are at least two species of fermions being confined.
