Title: Condensed state of heavy vectorlike neutrinos
(Submitted on 12 Jun 2015 (v1), last revised 22 Jun 2015 (this version, v2))
Abstract: Some extensions of the Standard Model suggest existence of vectorlike fermions whose mass $M$ can be by up to several orders of magnitude larger than the electroweak scale $v$, and with the Higgs mechanism providing only a small part $m$ of this mass that is a fraction of $v$. It is shown that in a certain range of the parameters $m$ and $M$ there exist stable globules of degenerate fermionic matter made from the lighter of the neutral vectorlike leptons (superheavy neutrinos) with a number density much larger than $m_h \, v^2$, with $m_h$ being the Higgs boson mass. The stability is due to the deformation of the Higgs field inside the globule to values greatly exceeding $v$. The globules are absolutely stable if the lighter of the vectorlike neutrinos is stable and can be (a part of) the dark matter.
