Title: Random walks with the minimum degree local rule have $O(n^2)$ cover time
(Submitted on 28 Apr 2016 (this version), latest version 18 Jul 2016 (v2))
Abstract: We prove a conjecture of Abdullah, Cooper and Draief [2015], that for every connected graph on n vertices, the random walk with transition function based on the minimum degree weighting scheme has cover time at most $O(n^2)$.
