Title: $Z_b(10610)$ and $Z_b'(10650)$ decays in a covariant quark model

Abstract: We present a calculation of the strong decays of the exotic states $Z_b(10610)$ and $Z_b'(10650)$ using a covariant quark model. We use a molecular-type four-quark current for the coupling of the $Z_b(10610)$ and $Z_b'(10650)$ to the constituent heavy and light quarks.
