Abstract: The condensation Probability Function defined in papers of X.R. Wang is criticized on many aspects. The modified latent heat and potential temperature are plotted and compared to usual atmospheric formulations.
Comments: Paper submitted the 26 September 2018 to the "Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres", with 3 figures, 42 pages (including 4 appendices). Version 2: add the 4 appendices (English translations of 4 of the old Chinese papers of Xing-Rong Wang
