Title: On Planckian limit for inelastic relaxation in metals
(Submitted on 6 Jan 2020 (v1), last revised 21 Jan 2020 (this version, v2))
Abstract: We consider the simplest model for $T$ - linear growth of resistivity in metals. It is shown that the so called "Planckian" limit for the temperature dependent relaxation rate of electrons follows from a certain procedure for representation of experimental data on resistivity and, in this sense, is a kind of delusion.
