Title: Large complex structure flux vacua of IIB and the Tadpole Conjecture

Abstract: In this note I demonstrate that certain findings on IIB flux compactifications in the large complex structure limit, when combined with recent statistical bounds on the large $h^{2,1}$ limit, are compatible with the Tadpole Conjecture, contrary to previous claims.
