Title: Variations in the Relative Standard Deviation of Target Fulfilment as Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Abstract: In this study, we identify variations in target time fulfilment as a new key performance indicator (KPI) candidate for predicting employee job performance. KPIs represent a well-established, measurable benchmark of an organisation's critical success metrics, so, with this work, we try to find a new comprehensible and definable way utilizing the RSD variations method to identify employees who are experiencing a transition in their RSD towards a higher percentual deviation as an indicator for emerging suboptimal working settings. We determine an employee's deviation from the average of all employees over a period using relative standard deviation (RSD). RSD variations, we believe, can be used as an additional assessment factor, particularly in profiling.
