Title: Wigner-Weyl calculus in description of non-dissipative transport phenomena
(Submitted on 26 Jan 2022)
Abstract: Application of Wigner-Weyl calculus to the investigation of non-dissipative transport phenomena is reviewed. We focus on the quantum Hall effect, Chiral Magnetic effect, and Chiral separation effect, and discuss the role of interactions, inhomogeneity, and deviations from equilibrium.
