Title: A model for proton-neutron mass difference

Abstract: We propose a composite model for nucleon isospin violation. The elements for our results are C symmetric preons, spontaneous gauge symmetry breaking in the Chern-Simons model and the generated photon Proca and topological mass. The ratio $n_B/n_{\gamma}$ is estimated to be $\ll 1$.
