Title: Disappearance of fractional statistics in Schrieffer-Wilczek theory

Abstract: The paper of Arovas, Schrieffer and Wilczek is corrected. It is found that the Berry's phase is vanishingly small. Accordingly, the statistical vector potential becomes negligibly small.
