Title: Hystersis like behaviour in Thin Films with heating-cooling cycle

Abstract: The expression of temperature distribution along a film thickness is derived and distribution of temperature in the film as the substrate is heated is shown. The variation of film resistance with different substrate temperature is calculated and the existence of temperature gradient along the film thickness with finite thermal conductivity leads to hysteresis like behaviour on heating-cooling the film.
