Title: Theory of electron spectroscopies in strongly correlated semiconductor quantum dots
(Submitted on 10 Feb 2006)
Abstract: Quantum dots may display fascinating features of strong correlation such as finite-size Wigner crystallization. We here review a few electron spectroscopies and predict that both inelastic light scattering and tunneling imaging experiments are able to capture clear signatures of crystallization.
