Title: Comment on "Nonlocal Effects on the Magnetic Penetration Depth in d-wave Superconductors"

Abstract: Based on the third law of thermodynamics it is shown, that the first derivative of the magnetic penetration depth with respect to temperature should vanish irrespective of the symmetry of Cooper pairs.
