Title: MS bar Perturbation Theory and the Higgs Boson Mass

Abstract: We show that MS bar perturbation theory develops tachyonic singularities for some value of the dimensional regularization scale mu unless the physical Higgs mass exceeds some (cutoff dependent) minimum value.
