Abstract: Methods for limiting the size of hadronic spin-flip in the Coulomb-Nuclear Interference region are critically assessed. This work was presented at the High Energy Polarimetry Workshop in Amsterdam, Sept.9, 1996 and the RHIC Spin Collaboration meeting in Marseille, Sept. 17, 1996.
