Title: The Systematic Measurement Errors and Uncertainty Relation
(Submitted on 5 Nov 2006 (this version), latest version 21 Apr 2008 (v2))
Abstract: One may consider the actual space-and-time to be always and everywhere non-inertial with the accuracy determined through the Planck constant. In this case, the uncertainty principle shall constitute the expression for the systematic measurement error in the actual space-and-time when measuring the coordinate and the momentum of the object being considered and is not the cause of the imperfectness of the measuring instruments, but rather, constitutes the consequence of the idealization of the problem under consideration for the inertial reference systems.
