Title: The divergence theorem and nonlocal counterparts

Abstract: We provide a new proof of the classical divergence theorem in $C^1$-domains. Our proof is based on a nonlocal analog of the divergence theorem and a rescaling argument. A main ingredient in the proof is a nonlocal version of the normal derivative.
