Title: An analogy between cardinal characteristics and highness properties of oracles
(Submitted on 10 Apr 2014 (this version), latest version 25 Sep 2014 (v2))
Abstract: We develop an analogy between cardinal characteristics from set theory and highness properties from computability theory, which specify a sense in which a Turing oracle is computationally strong. We focus on characteristics from Cichon's diagram.
