Title: Morse-Novikov Cohomology for Blow-ups of Complex Manfiolds

Abstract: We reinterpret the Morse-Novikov cohomology via the weight $\theta$-sheaf $\underline{\mathbb{R}}_{X,\theta}$. A theorem of Leray-Hirsch type and self-intersection formulas are established for Morse-Novikov cohomologies. Eventually, using them, we give two blow-up formulas explicitly on (not necessarily compact) complex manifolds.
