Abstract: The comment to article "Coexistence of Diamagnetism and Vanishingly Small Electrical Resistance at Ambient Temperature and Pressure in Nanostructures" shows the role of local electron pairing and Bose-Einstein-Condensation of pairs for superconductivity at Tc = 286 K in nanostructures.
