Title: Alternative to Morse-Novikov Theory for a closed 1-form (II)

Abstract: This paper is a continuation of [1] and provides the verification of the Poincar\'e Duality property (Theorem 1.1) for the configurations $\delta^\omega_r$ and $\gamma^\omega_r,$ defined in [1] and of the stability property for the configuration $\delta^\omega$ (Theorem 1.2).
