Title: Nonequilibrium induced phonon condensation and phase transition
(Submitted on 12 Sep 2022 (v1), revised 21 Sep 2022 (this version, v2), latest version 12 Dec 2022 (v3))
Abstract: Fr\"olich condensate is a room-temperature nonequilibrium phenomenon which is expected to occur in many physical and biological systems. Though predicted theoretically a half century ago, the nature of the condensation process still remains elusive. This has led to divided opinions. In this Letter, we analyze the Fr\"ohlich condensation near the critical point using the full quantum approach and present for the first time the analytical proof that phase transition induced by nonequilibrium and nonlinearity emerges in the large-$N$ limit.
