Title: A three-index tensor in the Riemannian geometry and its application

Abstract: A three-index tensor in the Riemannian geometry is introduced by the tetrad and the Ricci's coefficients of rotation, the characters of curve of the Riemannian geometry is determined fully by the three-index tensor; especially, both the Einstein-Hilbert action and the Einstein equation in the general relativity can be expressed by it.
